TSIA's 2017 Lead Generation through Services survey clearly indicates that the single practice that was most correlated with lead-generation success was having a gamified points model in place for tracking and incentivizing lead generation. The companies that had implemented gamification systems had generated, on average, over 30 leads per rep per year, with participation rates of greater than 45%. This report compiles their experiences and best practices in order to give concrete recommendations on how to implement a similar program or optimize one that your company is currently running.
