TSIA Announces 2020 STAR Award Winners and Finalists

Leading Technology Organizations Honored for Innovation and Excellence

SAN DIEGO, August 27, 2020 - The Technology & Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today's technology and services organizations, is publicly acknowledging this year’s STAR Awards winners and finalists for their commitment to outstanding innovation, leadership, and excellence.

The winners were chosen by category and span the TSIA research practices of customer success, education services, expand selling, field services, managed services, professional services, service revenue generation, subscription sales, support services, XaaS product management, and XaaS channel optimization. For 30 years, TSIA’s STAR Awards have been one of the highest honors in the technology and services industry.

To celebrate the 30th year of the STAR Awards, TSIA refreshed the program and published all winners’ and finalists’ award submissions, all of which highlight the participants’ award-worthy best practices and noteworthy achievements despite the complex economic landscape this year. Companies seeking a STAR Award undergo a rigorous evaluation process, with the winners selected by TSIA’s research practice advisory board members.
