Starting 2020, organizations are going to encounter a new generation of workforce called Gen-Z, which is unlike any generations before them. In a connected age, Gen-Z sits at the top of the "food chain" and is expected to upend stereotypes, employee models and many folklore beliefs. This discussion topic will address one specific chapter in that saga: Automation. To cater to a "should-have-been-there-already" generation, organizations need to prepare the support systems for these employees and ensure they are cutting-edge and run at a push of the button.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
