When the pandemic hit, education delivery needed to be adjusted to accommodate social distancing. In this program I will discuss how we made use of augmented reality to support customer training. We will explore program logistics and format as well as the feedback received from customers receiving the training. I will share lessons learned and provide guidance on establishing your own program for delivering “hands-on” training in a virtual world.
