In this Session, we will discuss the transformation of the Professional Services practice of PointClickCare. Like many high growth cloud born companies, the PointClickCare team had seen success with early adopter and early majority customers. As the company looked at its long term plans, and a growing install base, the team reached a point where it needed to develop their practice to facilitate their continued growth. We will discuss the transformation process and steps taken to develop the practice including: Using TSIA benchmark studies to identify key areas of development in the organization Implementing metrics and data to improve the predictability of the practice Using TSIA to assist in our development of our pooled resourcing/staffing models Developing a methodology that is results/outcomes centered on our vertical market Developing performance Incentives programs Implementing PSA (Kimble) to elevate our focus on business of delivery and supporting our growth
