In this Session, we will discuss the transformation of the Professional Services practice of PointClickCare. Like many high growth cloud born companies, the PointClickCare team had seen success with early adopter and early majority customers. As the company looked at its long term plans, and a growing install base, the team reached a point where it needed to develop their practice to facilitate their continued growth.
