Co-presented by Skilljar’s director of Customer Success, Sara Robba, and Tableau’s director of Education Programs, Ken Rosen, this session will explore how Tableau collects and analyzes customer education data to inform corporate initiatives that drive product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Using the evolution of Tableau’s education program as an example, Ken and Sara will illustrate how training data can be leveraged across organizations to increase customer engagement and product usage, working with teams from marketing and sales, to support and product. Attendees will come away from the session with a holistic view of Tableau’s Customer Education program and the company’s successful integration of training data throughout its business units.
