The Great Resignation has shown us how important an understanding, authentic, flexible work culture is for engaging and retaining employees. And the support organization is no exception. In fact, a recent Gallup survey found that highly engaged business units saw a 10% increase in customer loyalty, a 23% increase in profitability, and as much as a 43% percent decrease in turnover. In this session, Judi Platz, SVP of Global Support at Salesforce, will share how to create a support culture that fosters an engaged and curious workforce, and how she's making that a reality on her own team.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
