Managed Services are increasingly becoming the central topic of discussion between service providers and clients. Gone are those days when a service provider would be called in to provide temporary staffing to meet a sudden increase in capacity requirement. Businesses want to devote time, energy, effort and, most importantly, dollars in transforming their business models, bringing new services and products to market while leveraging disruptive technologies. What better way than to look for service providers who can take end-to-end care of a business function, technology stack or application portfolio in a complete Managed Services model.
For the traditional service providers, it is not an easy task to pivot and become a global Managed Services provider at the drop of a hat. There are global processes to think of.
