Trends like digital transformation, internet of things (IoT), social media, and mobile technology are now re-shaping the customer service landscape, making it more challenging to keep up the pace and being able to ride the innovation wave. As customers are striving to drive innovation or accelerate the adoption of new technologies into their line of businesses, Avaya has been helping them in this adoption by applying continuous Improvement and Agile project management methodology concepts to joint projects, aligning Avaya and customer resources to drive speed to market, experimentation and innovation. This session describes how we are using continuous Improvement and Agile methodologies, with flexibility for project scope at its core, to support in-flight customer input to be taken into account into re-prioritizing the Avaya work while continuing to deliver quality solutions.
