Designing and managing the customer journey for data driven services is a hot topic this year. To leverage data collected from the install base to create business value for customers requires the usage of machine learning. Machine learning enables organizations to understand behavior of equipment and devices in the field, predict future behavior, and make recommendations for actions and improvements. Although machine learning is being discussed with increasing frequency at equipment manufacturers, there are arguably still more questions than answers. During this interactive session, we will hear from a panel of experienced service executives from industrial equipment manufacturers and providers of IoT platforms to answer the following questions: What is the status of machine learning in the industry? What are the expectations and potentials? What capabilities need to be build? What are current and future initiatives?

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
