As a Managed Services provider, how do you effectively plan for innovation? Due to the acceleration of XaaS and Managed Services solutions, organizations are finding traditional Managed Services offers are in dire need of modernization, for example: Customers are demanding instant digital feedback on their Managed Services providers’ performance across a variety of channels – text, email, mobile apps, live chat, live video, secure portal, etc. Multiple and rapidly changing deployment models (on-site, private cloud, public clouds, hybrid clouds, etc.) require pre-defined, supportable architectures and select, supported cloud vendors. Managed XaaS offers pose unique challenges to business that have been unwilling to assume product risk and put assets on their own books. How do you define (and even price) outcome and value-based offers, if your customers have very different perceptions of your offer’s value? During this Business Challenge Accelerator Session, members will brainstorm and collaborate on the key Processes, Roles and Skills required to effectively retool and scale their managed services offers. TSIA will then capture all of the results of the breakouts and discussions and provide a summary back to all of the participants. This session is intended to be an brainstorming exercise for offer and solutioning experts. If you are interested in this topic, and would like to share your expertise with other experts, this is a great session to collaborate, learn and solve business challenges in real time.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
