As Qlik ramped up our SaaS transformation in late 2018, we were challenged to deliver immediate results while building a long-term plan for delivering customer success at scale – ensuring every customer is properly onboarded and has everything they need to be successful with our software. In this session we’ll discuss how we were able to implement a program in just 3 months, and how we’re using mapping and instrumentation of the customer journey, BI, and good old-fashioned teamwork to deliver scalable, data-driven success to our customers.
