An outcome chain is a great way to consume TSIA data and research and a great tool to use in identifying outcomes that your Education Services (ES) organization may want to achieve. This session will build upon the preceding session, Education Services and Customer Success: Working Together to Drive Customer Engagement, and will show the various components of an outcome chain, how to use an outcome chain, in this case, Grow Education Services via Alignment with Customer Success, and how ES can build its own outcome chains to document outcomes of interest to your Education Services team.
