A client's initial period after going live with a solution is the best time to ensure the system is not only functioning as designed, but that it is delivering the outcomes expected. Unfortunately it's also the time when project teams disband, live data is cut over to, and multiple new users begin to access the system without the benefit of the implementation team's knowledge.
