TSIA's PS Operational Best Practices (OBP) diagnostic assessment program provides a uniquely broad and deep view into how tech companies are organizing, operating, engineering, selling and delivering professional services. Leveraging a framework built on a repository of nearly 300 best practices, TSIA has performed over 50 diagnostic assessments, most of them global in scope, testing the maturity and quality of key organizational capabilities and the consistency of those capabilities between theaters, service lines and the like. In this session, we will share our latest observations from these engagements. Where are PSOs struggling the most? Where is the most convergence happening around best practices? How rapidly are PSOs deploying emerging capabilities, that is, those focused on becoming better at identifying and delivering on customer business outcomes. What are some of the most interesting best in class practices we have found in nature?
