Enabling Cisco customers to achieve their desired business outcomes requires a new approach to education. "Education for Adoption" focuses on providing customers with the knowledge needed to deploy, configure, operate, optimize and ultimately master the product. This session will discuss how Learning@Cisco increases the velocity of learner success by doing the following:
Using micro-learning content to address moment of need training associated with a particular job task(s).
Using macro-learning content to address product competency. Learn the approaches that Learning@Cisco used to create a subscription solution offer that focuses on the customer experience and uses data science to monitor learner progress and quickly detect and remediate adoption barriers.
