Bayer Radiology is a world leader in injection systems, disposables, contrast media and informatics software used in medical imaging. As with many other companies, Bayer finds its customers are dealing with a changing healthcare environment on several fronts. Software and services are opportunities for both companies and customers. Those opportunities are generating new customer needs and at the same time attracting new competition, prompting us to consider fresh models in order to transition to meet our customers' changing needs and grow the company.

During this Workout session, we will facilitate an exchange of ideas focused on three questions:

  • What tactics are companies using to successfully navigate the transition?
  • How are companies lowering costs while simultaneously improving service?
  • How are companies growing revenues in the short run to fund the transition?

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
