Telstra is on our Managed Services Transformation journey and in 2020 we focused on our Digital Services Platform. Until this point we had pockets of people through-out Telstra building and solving various problems. The challenge was no single group was looking at the full end-to-end customer journey, so the Digital Services Platform team now looks to leverage the best of systems throughout Telstra in a coordinated way and identity gaps to solution. Today our Digital Services Platform team is focused on 4 areas:
Business Systems (catalogues, contracts, CRM, all the way through billing).
Customer Interface (customer portals, marketplaces, e-bonding and APIs)
Common which is the heart of our Managed Services systems (Service Management, Service On/Off Boarding, Monitoring, AIOps, Knowledge Management, Customer Analytics, Platform Insights and more)
Domain specific systems (Cloud Management)
