The original version of the Lifecycle partner model, was introduced at Cisco Partner Summit 2019, raised the bar on Customer Success. It indicates that if traditional resale implementation partners fail to transition to Customer Experience, Xaas will push them out of business. Ciscos partner channel is too valuable to risk losing. Through Partner Project, we worked closely with a small group of partners to:
Continued the momentum to grow together with the Success Portfolio and build lifecycle practices.
Demonstrated Customer Experience (CX) commitment to working with partners as we execute upon the Partner Model, built with partners.
Executed key elements of the CX lifecycle partner model.Aligned between Cisco and Partner at multiple levels: Executive, Organizational, and Customer Facing Prioritized a set of tracks, executed according to partner priority. Built replicable and scalable best practices together between Cisco and its partners. Outlined programmatic structure with operational support for execution and reporting. Defined conservative targets and aggressive goals to be achieved through a series of proposed steps per partner, per track. Now in 2021, we have evolved our CX Channel approach to provide the partners with a framework that helps them through Xaas Transformation.
