As customers look to their technology providers to partner more closely to understand and advise on how to optimize workflows and stay ahead of the curve, companies like ours must become experts at monitoring and analyzing product utilization and consumption in order ensure the technology the customer invested in is delivering value. Autodesk has introduced Consumption Analytics, as a service to our Customers and we are already seeing the benefits of this critical initiative. From an external perspective, consumptions analytics helps the customer success team become more proactive with customer needs, as well as drive conversations throughout the planning process, with insights into how specific technology investments are impacting their business. From an internal perspective, consumption analytics is a critical component of being able to drive adoption and recurring revenue - both key metrics for us at Autodesk today. Additionally, it helps customers understand trends they might not have seen before, and gain insights to drive the outcomes they want.
