From an external perspective, consumptions analytics helps the customer success team become more proactive with customer needs, as well as drive conversations throughout the planning process, with insights into how specific technology investments are impacting their business. From an internal perspective, consumption analytics is a critical component of being able to drive adoption and recurring revenue - both key metrics for us at Autodesk today. Additionally, it helps customers understand trends they might not have seen before, and gain insights to drive the outcomes they want.
