As companies shift to XaaS business models, there has been a corresponding shift in the objective of education organizations. Over 50% of Education Services Benchmark Survey participants now say that driving product adoption is the primary objective of the education organization. While this is easy to say, the reality is that fulfilling on this objective is difficult. A consistent challenge faced by customer training organizations is landing training in customer accounts. So, why not provide performance support, or embedded guidance, directly in the product? In-product performance support is the starting point for driving product adoption and serves as the perfect mechanism for education organizations to land learning content in the hands of every product user. This session will discuss in-product performance support and how education organizations can leverage it as an important first step in a customer’s learning and product adoption journey. Sponsored by Thought Industries.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
