Like many companies, Managed Services is an area of strategic focus and fast growth for Axway. And so is Cloud. Through late 2013 these teams were organized separately reporting to different execs within Axway. But, by combining the teams under a single executive, Axway has realized immediate gains in margin and efficiency because it turns out both businesses have much in common, including: SLA focus, lifecycle relationship management, offshore benefits and challenges, a security imperative, and being “hot” industry topics.
