Unfortunately change happens. This one is a shock to the system of global technology and industrial companies. But it’s not the first shock – or the last.

TSIA is already seeing companies who are excelling at managing through this challenging time by protecting revenue and delivering value to customers. These patterns of success are both new and old. Some are a direct response to the uniqueness of the pandemic, while others are the same winning plays that helped us survive the dot com crash and the 2008 recession.

In this opening session J.B. and Thomas will leverage data from TSIA’s Rapid Research Response center to discuss how technology companies have responded to the urgent issues created by this crisis. They will also discuss what initiatives technology providers should pursue this year even as the full extent of this crisis is yet to be determined.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
