The session will share successful transition of a traditional channel community to a successful XaaS and Cloud sales community. In this session, we will focus on strategy, tactics and best practices, what worked and didn't work, and how to make it a sustainable model. We will alos share how the channel program evolved and enabled a successful execution on the company and GTM strategy decided upon. Synchronizing the timing of the changes with the different product and solutions evolution was also a critical factor to reflect on.
