One size does not fit all, especially with respect to better adoption of technology solutions. Historically, Ellucian created packaged services that were reactively sold, versus proactively engaging with clients to discuss their full needs and objectives, and tailoring a solution to fit those needs. To address our sells approach, and to help our clients successfully adopt new and existing solutions, Ellucian created a "services adoption framework.” Using a survey format, the framework enables client partners to learn more about a customer’s current and desired states. Additionally, the survey provides data points that service subject matter experts (SMEs) use to tailor an enterprise consulting and education services proposal that maps to the business and technical needs of the client. This informative session will outline Ellucian’s journey to provide services that help accelerate product adoption.
