Sponsorship Guidelines

TSIA value the support of our conference sponsors. We also believe that sponsorships and their related activities must align with our values and principles. We reserve the right to reject sponsorship or to request changes to sponsor materials or activities that conflict with our Code of Conduct or our mission to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.

Sponsorship activities should:

  • Align with our values of inclusivity, respect, and professionalism
  • Contribute to the conference experience in a positive way
  • Avoid any activities that could be considered offensive, discriminatory, or unethical
  • Not promote any illegal or harmful products or services
  • Not promote any political or religious views or affiliations

Sponsorship materials should:

  • Accurately represent the sponsor's products or services
  • Not contain false or misleading information
  • Avoid any language or imagery that could be considered offensive, discriminatory, or unethical
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in exclusion from participation in future TSIA World conferences:

  • Placing sponsor materials of any kind, including schwag and collateral, in locations, on or off the show floor, other than the sponsor’s booth.
  • Scanning badges in locations, on or off the show floor, other than the sponsor’s booth.
  • Scanning badges without consent.

Sponsorship activities and materials that violate these guidelines may be rejected or removed at our discretion. We reserve the right to terminate sponsorship agreements if we determine that the sponsor has engaged in conduct that conflicts with our values or mission.

Expo Booth Staffing Guidelines

To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, we require that all expo booths are staffed during the expo hours. Unmanned booths may create confusion and detract from the overall conference experience.

Expo booth staff should:

  • Be knowledgeable about the products or services being promoted at the booth
  • Be respectful and professional towards all attendees
  • Avoid any activities that could be considered offensive, discriminatory, or unethical
  • Not promote any illegal or harmful products or services
  • Not promote any political or religious views or affiliations

Expo booth staff should also be available to answer questions and provide information about the products or services being promoted at the booth. They should be attentive to attendees' needs and be prepared to address any concerns or issues that arise.

Expo booths that are unmanned or staffed by individuals who do not adhere to these guidelines may be asked to close or to remove promotional materials at our discretion.
