Pulseway has rolled out version 9.6 of its RMM solution. Enterprise Times spoke to Edgar Zacharjev, SVP of Product and Strategy at Pulseway, about the release. Pricefx announced that its Optimized Dynamic Pricing solution is now premium certified for S/4HANA. Salesforce made a series of announcements for Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Data Cloud.

Sage launched Sage Intacct Paperless. Acquia, a provider of open digital experience software, has launched Acquia Digital Experience Optimisation (DXO). At Epicor Insights, Epicor made a series of product announcements. It has launched new solutions that combine AI with Business Intelligence (BI) using its industry-specific data platform to provide insights for the make, move, and sell industries.

Rimini Street has launched three products: Rimini Support, Rimini Protect and Rimini Consult for VMware products. At Irresistible 2024, The Josh Bersin Company launched Galileo. An AI assistant that provides insights from decades of experience that the Josh Bersin Company (JBC) has built. Zoovu, a provider of AI powered eCommerce product discovery, has announced new tools and applications to its platform.

Visualsoft has announced that It is becoming multi-platform with the introduction of a strategic partnership with Shopify. Volvo Group and Daimler Truck have signed a preliminary agreement to establish a new 50/50 joint venture. Astound Digital has announced a partnership with Shopify to support enterprises with commerce solutions, facilitate business transformation and accelerate growth.

Plenitude announced the acquisition of Contineo Financial Risk Solutions Ltd. Azul has further strengthened its partner program with new PartnerConnect certification programs.

Precisely revealed the important part that its Points of Interest data has played in the City Forward program that Generali Real Estate has developed. LexisNexis Legal & Professional has announced that Irwin Mitchell has adopted Lexis+ AI. UNRVLD announced the details of a project to transform the Smeg online store.

OutSystems announced the appointment of Luis Blando as its Chief Product and Technology Officer. LiveAction has announced three sales leader appointments to strengthen its operations in Europe.

Salesforce published its ninth edition of the State of Marketing report. The research sought the opinions of marketing leaders worldwide to understand the biggest trends, priorities, and challenges affecting marketers today.

Infor

Infor announced an update to the Infor Certification program. From January 1st 2025, certifications will be valid for only 2 years. To maintain certification, people must re-certify within two years; otherwise, certifications will expire. Certified people will receive an email 60 days before the certification expires. The full cost of the certification must be paid every two years. Infor employees are exempt from payment.

Not all certifications will fall into the new policy at program rollout due to the age of certification and available replacement. Any certifications that do not fall into the new policy at program rollout will roll into the program at a later date. Notifications will be sent out at that time. Refer to the list of certifications included in the policy at program rollout in the Infor Certification Program Guide.

Panasonic Connect

Creative Technology deepens relationship with Panasonic

Creative Technology, the leading global audio-visual and system integration specialist, has chosen Panasonic Connect Europe’s AK-UC4000 4K studio camera and new AK-UCU710 camera control unit (CCU) as part of its ongoing investment in the ST 2110 IP-based video transmission standard. Using Panasonic ST 2110-compatible technology will allow Creative Technology to deliver cutting-edge systems integration services and end-to-end IP-based live event broadcast support for clients across 87 countries.

Creative Technology will continue to utilise Panasonic’s state-of-the-art live video production platform, KAIROS, to seamlessly manage studio-based and remote live productions using the UC4000 studio camera and UCU710 CCU. KAIROS offers simultaneous SDI, ST 2110, and streaming capabilities, supporting Creative Technology’s continued transition to IP-based systems. Creative Technology has selected 12 camera channels using the UC4000 and eight KAIROS Core mainframes.

Joe Hicks, Solutions Architect, Creative Technology, commented, “Panasonic have been a key partner in Creative Technology’s expanding ST 2110 solution. KAIROS has already become a go-to production system in our technical deliveries and the addition of the UC4000s only complements this in the live events space.”

Panasonic Connect signs up Vahiné Fierro

Panasonic has announced that Tahitian surfer Vahiné Fierro has joined Team Panasonic as a Sustainability Ambassador. Ahead of her Olympic debut at the Olympic Games Paris 2024,  Fierro’s partnership will raise awareness and unite people towards the common goal of protecting and safeguarding the planet.

Vahiné Fierro, Tahitian surfer, Sustainability Ambassador, Panasonic Europe, said, “My interest in protecting our planet was first sparked at the age of 17, when I met fellow surfers who were passionate about preservation of the ocean. I therefore couldn’t be prouder and more honoured to be working with Panasonic. It’s a company that is working really hard to address climate change and sustainability.”

Workday

First Q1 2025 results

Workday published its Q1 2025 results. Revenues rose 18.1% year over year to $1.990 billion. Subscription revenues rose 18.8% to $1.815 billion. Operating income was 3.2% at $64 million, up from a loss of 1.2% of revenues in Q1 2024. Operating cash flows were $372 million compared to $277 million in the prior year. Free cash flows were $291 million compared to $218 million in the prior year.

Carl Eschenbach, Workday CEO, commented, “Q1 was another solid quarter of revenue growth and non-GAAP operating margin expansion for Workday, as we drive toward long-term, durable growth. With the emergence of Generative AI, the shifting talent landscape, and pressure to realize operational efficiencies, Workday has never been more relevant. Our strong value proposition, investments in key growth initiatives, and leadership in AI are paying off as more organizations turn to Workday to manage their two most important assets – their people and money.”

In Q2 2025, Workday expects subscription revenue of $1.895 billion, around 17% growth and for the full year, it expects Subscription revenue between $7.700 billion to $7.725 billion, 17% growth year over year.  The results were not well received by the market, with a sharp fall over the last few days of 13.94%.

Workday continues to win momentum in Q1 2025

Alongside its results, Workday announced some of its customer wins over the quarter for its finance solution. Several organisations selected HCM and Finance, including The Onin Group (over 10,000 employees), Baptist Health, City of Milwaukee, GoHealth Urgent Care, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Inc., and Starrus Eco Holdings Limited. MV Transportation (over 10,000 employees) selected Workday Financial Management. It also saw AllianceBernstein LP, American Homes 4 Rent, L.P., Forcepoint LLC, Hospital Sisters Health System, and KIPP DC adding Workday Financial Management to their existing Workday instances.

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) selects Workday

In a boost to its US public sector client base, Workday announced that the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has selected Workday Government Cloud to accelerate its human resources modernization efforts.
