Through governance practices, based on ITIL and ISO 20,000 certification, members report on reducing by 50% effort and time to make KPIs available, being able to fully assess and track analysis results on intranet dashboards. Information is more consistent, reliable, and easily accessed by different stakeholders. Consistently investing on operations automation, members were able to reduce health check activities on networking and security infrastructure equipment from 117 to 6 hours in average.
