In 2019, HPE defined our “North Star” for future success would be customer experience. HPE will share our experience and best practices in how this has driven our innovation in hybrid cloud managed services delivery. This includes all customer interactions from initial onboarding to ongoing operations and service management. As shown in TSIA and other studies, customers know that hybrid cloud management is complex and that they need help but they also want to have a sense of control. We will share how we have achieved this balance of managing hybrid cloud estates with and for our customers.
