This presentation will summarize the results from TSIA's first Annual Consumption, Adoption, and Outcome Metrics Survey. In the first year, over 75 companies participated in the survey to give a first glimpse of how, and to what extent, members are measuring and leveraging adoption and outcome metrics. While most participants are in the infant stage of consumption analytics, several members are clear Pacesetters. In addition to summarizing the survey results we present examples of how to successfully leverage consumption analytics to improve your services business.
