All of the companies represented at TSW have valuable technology solutions that solve business problems for their customers. The center of technical and business domain expertise within the vast majority of these companies is the professional services organization. No other function, capability or group within the firm has this combination of skills. Yet, many tech companies struggle to get paid at all for this capability. Others garner some revenue but not enough to cover costs. Still others might have revenue generating and/or profitable lines of service within PS, but for other services lines or offers, they are stuck in a “free” mode. In short, transitioning from “free” to “fee” can be a problem for PSOs across the size, tenure and maturity spectrums. That’s why we’ve gathered a panel of experienced PS industry leaders to participate in a panel discuss on this topic. Come and participate in this discussion with our expert panelists. If there’s a way to help you get from free to fee, we’ll uncover it in this session.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
