In 2012 Bentley launched an initiative to deliver personalized learning recommendations to its Bentley LEARN subscribers. The effort, code named “AMAZONification,” leverages big data and Bentley’s award winning LEARNing Path technology to help users use their software better. This presentation will review Bentley’s lessons learned and describe how the effort to personalize learning has led to the transformation of all aspects of the company’s education offering and how the effort is now serving as the foundation for the launch of a new user success management program.
