Logicalis developed a unique process based in Agile and DevOps practices to approach customers, commercial, pre-sales, technology vendors and operations internal teams to create robust services offers.
In this session we'll discuss listening first, establishing a value proposition for customers that are aligned to business needs, and developing solutions that bring business and technology together. Finally, we validate the prototype with the real market and adjust the offer to put it into production.
We'll demonstrate three service offer elements that were developed using this method, and our Azure DevOps tool and workflow controls that helps us manage the offer development pipeline.
