Over the year, Tableau Blueprint was integrated into every aspect of our business, from customer onboarding to Executive Briefings and our Partner network. It resulted in a true cross-functional “Customers-for-Life” approach – critical considering Tableau’s introduction of subscription offerings on all products in 2017 – and yielded business benefits including increased Services attach rates and improvements in Subscription renewals.
