While most education organizations are good at developing content, the same is not true for developing service offers. Part of the problem is that many customer training organizations function as if the terms are synonymous. Offer development is increasingly important in a XaaS business model and alignment of training offers, with a customer’s technology product journey, is critical. In the general session of this workshop, a service offer development framework, and its application to the development of education offers, will be presented. Following the general session, attendees will breakout into teams and discuss the skills, practices, metrics and capabilities needed to perfect the craft of service offer development.
