The trend for perpetual on-premise business models transitioning to cloud / XaaS models is accelerating. The business challenges are many, and technology companies are struggling to establish operational capabilities to sell the XaaS version at renewal or in land / expand phases. In this session, we will engage in an interactive conversation with industry experts to identify key inhibitors and accelerators to transformation to the Cloud. We will view this journey from the seat of the renewals organization and look at implications for maintaining a healthy revenue stream.
 
Working sessions on a specific business challenge. Attendees will be broken up into smaller teams to brainstorm on the challenge, which will then be shared with the entire group.
