Symantec has embarked on a multi-phase journey to transition its business model to Security-as-a-Service which is defined as offering customers the ability to buy and consume the best combination of technology (delivered as-a-service) with professional and managed services—all billed together as a subscription and enabled on a secure Cloud Platform. This presentation will cover some of the lessons learned along with the way including how to think about transitioning customers and swallowing the fish. Critical challenges such as rewriting your GTM strategy and business simplification if solved can make the transition much smoother so that you stop worrying and learn to love the fish.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
