Having a clear and actionable Managed Services strategy is key to getting stakeholders and teams aligned. Since joining TSIA Telstra has been on the journey of understanding our business and the many grey areas and misalignment. This session will provide other TSIA members on our journey to developing a Managed Services strategy. Defining this strategy involve: getting an initial benchmark completed, working with TSIA team to dive into each area to pick apart the elements to fully understand what is required and activities for this year and next few years, drafting a strategy that brings Telstra stakeholders on the journey of alignment, having a capabilities assessment completed and use of Outcome chains, and ultimately creating and publishing the strategy for everyone in company to access so they understand the roadmap and activities we are working on to modernise our Managed Services business.
