The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. The modern technology services practice needs a partner ecosystem to serve as a force multiplier. Many technology companies are building and expanding their delivery capability through the partner ecosystem. While it appears to be a straightforward exercise, there are a number of challenges that can wreak havoc when building and maintaining an effective partnering relationship. In this session, the TSIA and nCloud integrators will share some best practices for avoiding or minimizing these challenges. During this session we will explore best practices for developing a charter to gain alignment, identifying and developing the RIGHT partners, developing offerings with and for the partner community, enabling your partners, and governing the process.
Presented By:
President and Co-Founder, nCloud Integrators
Distinguished VP, Professional Services Research and VP, TSIA Advisory Delivery, TSIA

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
