Technology convergence and market demand have accelerated the pace of change, putting pressure on the IT industry and their customers to increase their agility and leverage these developments to offer more value for less and to get offers to market even more rapidly. The Internet of Things is opening up a new realm of added value opportunities, and Cloud is offering ways to short-circuit traditional plan-build-manage cycles and consume outcomes on a PAYG basis. Industries are being disrupted and conventional business models overturned. At the same time, growing concerns about security and data privacy are pushing risk management to the fore. This fast-evolving landscape is fundamentally changing the role of the CIO and IT. Lean IT teams, scaled to run efficient operations, are now also expected to explore and maximize the new opportunities whilst protecting corporate data and reputation from ever more inventive threats. As they turn to partners and vendors for help in navigating this landscape, the perception of the managed services value proposition is shifting, and the demand has never been higher. Managed service models not only drive automation and minimize risk, but they also leverage connectivity, telemetry and data – the foundation at the heart of Cloud, IOT and Security. This has transformed the relevance of the managed services market, as providers become both trusted advisors and a seamless extension of their customers’ operations, effectively acting as a bridge in their journey to the cloud.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
