Informatica went through a journey of transforming their customer's online experience in an unique data-driven approach that effectively used all customer's past experience in context. This project involved creating single customer profiles, consolidation of multiple communities, a new knowledge search and an omnichannel user experience. Metrics and customer usage patterns were the key drivers during the course of this transformation.
