Change management is also about setting up the organization and removing the barriers to change. Our journey, looking internally and externally for the answer, led us to six projects under the program of org change management (a misnomer): culture, org structure, recognition, skills changes, awareness/buy-in, and the digital employee workplace. This session will discuss how we tackle these programs, what success has been experienced, learnings we've had so far, and how we're measuring success.
