In an ever-changing technology landscape where agile principles are becoming the core tenants of development, operational and delivery success, learning organizations from enterprise to start-up are grappling with the appropriate ways to align their core resources and execution strategies with these philosophies and their internal companion organizations (whom they often rely upon) transformations. In this session we will examine the key ways CA Technologies has embraced an outside-in approach to creating a ‘living’ content strategy around learning offerings while examining our internal organizational constructs; better partnering with companion organizations to drive a converged strategy of information where curation and aggregation become equally as important as organic authorship. We will also examine tools that support a single-author, multiple output approach to creating learning assets as well as what to look for in vendor partnerships to drive this evolved strategy forward.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
