Late 2017 Tricentis started an initiative to switch from a streaming support service delivery concept towards an intelligent swarming model. This session aims to highlight the approach and outline the company's reasons, goals, and initiatives related to this conceptual shift. In addition, Tricentis will share gathered experience, point out best practices, challenges to overcome, and recommendations regarding swarming-related do's and dont's. Another focus will be change of support service KPI before, during and after conclusion of the transition process towards intelligent swarming.
