TSIA surveys consistently show that ES leaders are increasing their focus on broader goals beyond financial success. This presentation will discuss ways that ES orgs can contribute to larger corporate goals other than strictly training revenue and margin contribution, and in the process, vastly improve their relevance and impact within the company. We will discuss examples, ideas, and measurements in the context of the LAER (Land, Adoption, Expand, Renew) customer engagement model, and how to balance this with the ever-present requirement to meet budgetary and financial goals.
