Leveraging field service employees to drive adoption and consumption is an emerging trend in the technology industry. In order to successfully implement this program, companies need to incorporate four fundamental concepts:

  1. A clear definition of how to measure success.
  2. Alignment of metrics to the appropriate level of management.
  3. Identification of tactics that will enable success.
  4. The ability to monitor progress over time.

Unfortunately, the fundamentals are often misunderstood and inconsistently applied with potentially disastrous results. During this Power Hour, we will use driving adoption and consumption in the field as an example of how successful organizations incorporate these four fundamental concepts and utilize the TSIA benchmarking process to achieve breakthrough results.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
