A relatively early software-as-a-service company (2001), community and social media management (SMM) company Lithium has always leveraged their data to better understand customers. Three years ago, Lithium built an internal tools called Signals to put that data in the hands of account executives, success managers, and product managers, not just the wonks in consulting.
