In 2015, NI changed strategy, transitioning from 40+ years of selling building blocks to selling full solutions to our customers. These solutions required building new muscles quickly without breaking the bank. In the session, you will hear about the strategy we chose to build one of those muscles, a Global Field Service team, from the ground up, and how we managed to do so with a cost-effective, customer-first approach that enabled us to scale by augmenting our capabilities using third party service provider networks.
