From onboarding through support to success, the product and services teams aligned to innovate and deliver an end-to-end frictionless digital customer experience. This digital-first approach to scale resulted in shorter time to initial value, shorter onboarding completion time, accelerated resolution time, reduced case volume, and higher customer satisfaction. This session presents PAN’s approach, successes, and learnings of digitizing this end-to-end customer experience, with their new three-tiered service offer structure, and the collaboration between the product and service teams.
