It’s impossible today to ignore the increased availability of high speed 4G networks and the explosive proliferation of high powered consumer tablets and smart phones that are rapidly displacing conventional computing platforms. Along with the introduction of HTML5 based mobile applications, the arrival of a highly mobile population entering the workforce, and the power of big data analytics to crunch the volumes of data amassed, these disruptive forces are confronting traditional approaches to field service management. Leveraging mobility technology to automate data collection at every step of the service delivery lifecycle, to efficiently coordinate service delivery from centralized dispatch centers, and to improve workforce productivity is critical to reducing service delivery costs while improving customer satisfaction. In this workout session we will discuss how EMC is exploiting mobility tools to transform field service delivery and to achieve new levels of efficiency and CSAT.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
